Now that January is out of the way and we have all found our feet in this new year of 2019 i thought it would be a good time to start thinking about our own well being and spending some time looking after ourselves, both physically but most importantly mentally.
Christmas is always a busy period, and i know for me after the big day I can't wait for life to get back to 'normal' after the house is trashed and the kids are starting to wind each other up. But then January hits and we are all full of New Years Resolutions and healthy eating - busy putting pressure on ourselves to work hard to loose those extra pounds.
February is the month we sit back and think about us...just 28 days (to start with) that you need to dedicate some time to look after yourself.
